How to backup a S3 bucket

I'd like to backup the contents of a bucket to local disk.

Hi @yonas! Thanks for opening this issue. Currently, rustic only supports to backup from local sources, so the only way is to mount your S3 bucket and than backup that mounted dir.

We'll work on backing up remote sources too, but this will need a bit of refactoring in the backup engine and is hence something we do in (not yet determined) future.
