Make rustic available as Chocolatey package (Windows)

Hi, is there any plan to release Rustic on Chocolatey other than Scoop?

I'm personally using both, but haven't looked into packaging for chocolatey, as it looked way more complicated, than packaging for scoop. I don't want to invest time currently to read myself into the process of packaging for that package manager. But if there is someone, that wants to tackle this, I think we are open for contributions there. 👍🏽
