impl From for nalgebra types

It would be useful to be able to convert nalgebra types to glsl-layout types with an optional feature, just as is currently done with cgmath.

I'd be willing to give this a shot if a PR is welcome.

I'm not a maintainer of the project, but I'd be happy to see that PR! Please try to make it compatible with nalgebra-glm if you go for it :)
