Add customisation to strategy priority

Prioritizing device strategy over user startegy is sometimes very limiting. It would be great to have option (check box) to prioritize user's startegy over device's one. Device has some default strategy but it can be overided by user that has differrent strategy. e.g. Device has "Screen share" startegy but user with "Full" strategy can access all the features on that device. Similarly if user has "lower" strategy than device user will be limited by its strategy not device's one

If overide option is selected, when the other users access the device, device strategy is used; when the "user strategy user" acesss the device, the user strategy is used?
