[macos] voice control support

Description

Hi! I'm using alacritty and would like to use voice control feature of MacOS. Looks like it should be implemented in winit before it can be enabled for alacritty: https://github.com/alacritty/alacritty/issues/7112#issuecomment-1648132435

Any plans to implement it / ETA?

Hmm, I'm not that familiar with voice control, but this should be doable with IME. I have no plans to implement it myself, but would accept a PR that does.

Maybe you could post a video of it working in Terminal, and not working in Alacritty?
