It's time to prepare the new release! Please submit pull requests for all projects that you want to include in this issue.

I filled in the changes for the rust-osdev crates based on the autogenerated changelogs from the new collect-changes script. Feel free to open PRs if you like to make adjustments. cc @rust-osdev/uefi @rust-osdev/xhci @rust-osdev/acpi
