Cargo.toml says "MIT". The included LICENSE file is the Apache license. Also, it doesnt have any copyright statement that I found.

I know, most of us don't give a rat's ass about licensing. I'm just trying to follow the rules and include all the licenses of all the libs that a binary I am distributing includes (some 150 licenses!)
