Refactor avx512bw

  • The following operations have been rewritten and can now be consumed by miri:
    • Saturating arithmetic
    • Comparison operations
    • Maximum/Minimum
    • Byte average
    • High multiplication
    • Integer abs
  • Masked comparison operations now properly use the mask registers
  • All missing intrinsics are added
