rolled up builds: conflicts merging 'xxx' into previous master

Rolled up build for rollup reports troubles, didn't saw that much before. Maybe affected by including subtree with merge commits into rollup?

These builds are not implemented in this repository, and if my memory is correct do not involve rustc-perf but are like individual PR builds triggered by CI itself. So they're more CI issues for t-infra, than things we can anything about or track here.
