Talk about debuginfo somewhere in the codegen chapter

Some things that would be nice to include:

• a link to https://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/DebugFission
• how debug info works (at a very high level, no need to get into target-specific stuff)
• links to relevant parts of the compiler (including the -C debuginfo docs) and examples of what you can do with debuginfo
