This is a known issue, introduced by https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/113099 ~and expected to be fixed by https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/114682~

edit: #114682 will not resolve this. The regression was deemed acceptable in previous discussions(https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/113099#issuecomment-1648341875). It would likely be more appropriate to address this in a separate PR.
