Folding icon in the sidebar no longer working

Problem

The folding icon in the sidebar stopped working in 0.4.41. You can still click on the text, but clicking on the icon no longer works. This is the case both for opening and closing a section.

Steps

1. Enabled folding in book.toml [output.html] fold.enable = true fold.level = 0
2. Build the book
3. Click on the folding icon, nothing will happen. In 0.4.40 it still worked, in 0.4.41 it stopped working. I tested up to version 0.4.44

Did you update your index.hbs file as mentioned in the 0.4.41 changelog? https://github.com/rust-lang/mdBook/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#mdbook-0441

Thanks for the fast answer! We do not have a custom index.hbs. But I also tried putting the one from 0.4.43 in . That did not change anything.

Note: I'm a coworker of @stradig

We have a custom theme/book.js file that was not updated with the changes in https://github.com/rust-lang/mdBook/commit/68e3572278ff9d0b922f8bac4ec7d32632264dbd. Applying the patch fixed the issue.
