git2-rs Donating Funds to git2-rs

Hi Git2-rs maintainers, I'm Lucas, a core contributor to the Radworks project. https://radworks.org/

[Radicle] has been using https://github.com/rust-lang/git2-rs. It's in fact one of our most critical dependencies!

All Radicle’s core-contributors really appreciate the work you all do and we want to make sure that you are all well-funded to keep doing it. For that reason, we have decided to donate some funds to your project through [Drips](an initiative that is coming out of our organization for funding FOSS).

I observed ehuss as the major maintainer of git2-rs for the past year, and they do have personal GitHub sponsor enabled. Just FYI.

We deliberately chose not to use GH Sponsors, because they take a cut on every donation.
