Link to rustdoc in the README

I wanted to file an issue about the way documentation is rendered - which I know that this repository is not the right place to do.

That said, it would probably help a lot if information where to file such issues was included near the top of the README of this repository. Would probably also cut down on wrongly opened issues here.
