Summary
In compiler-team #479, we agreed that we would have a roughly quarterly attempt to process the backlog of P-high issues.
We did one in Q1, both before and after the steering meeting for #479, see https://rust-lang.zulipchat.com/#narrow/stream/131828-t-compiler/topic/reviewing.20P-high.20issues.202022.20.28Q1.29/near/268563880 for that discussion.
We should plan to do another; it can either be a synchronous meeting during our friday time slot, or it could be a more asynchronous thing that we handle over the course of a ~week or so.
