One of the main meeting outcomes, which the team is still striving to carry out, is to address our P-high backlog by doing a P-high review every 12 weeks. (That's the quarterly review that comes up in the steering meetings periodically.) The reviews are taking longer than they should (i.e. we tend to not finish the reviews within an hour time slot) which means we could probably work on doing more ahead-of-time prep for them. That, and also pro-actively work on re-categorizing P-highs to P-mediums when relevant. But overall, the reviews have been good in terms of trying to ensure that P-high issues tend to have owners that are in charge of addressing them.
