Specified flag `--all-features` does not exist

In the documentation rendered here indicates the existence of an --all-features flag, which does not appear to exist when I run cargo add --all-features serde as an example. Current version:

$ cargo --version
cargo 1.87.0 (99624be96 2025-05-06)
