Leptos has a homepage

The homepage for leptos leptos.dev is not listed under Web Frameworks.

After looking into it for a bit I think those informations are obtained from crates.io and not written directly in here so the leptos project needs to add their homepage to the crate.io metadata, I'll see if I can help with that.

I mailed https://github.com/leptos-rs/leptos/pull/4417 to add the homepage to the cargo metadata. Thanks @amanullahmenjli for the pointer!
