Adding plotting examples using Plotly.rs

Hi,

Given that plots are essential for analytics, in my view, there should be examples on plot creation for rust. I'm the author and maintainer of the Plotly.rs library and I would be happy to contribute a few examples to the cookbook. If you agree that would be a good idea please let me know and I'll plan to submit a pull request.
