Nightly version different than proclaimed

The official website says the current nightly is 1.15 but 1.14 is downloaded when using the script.

It's the same for rustup tool too (not only bash version). It seems builds have some problems: https://buildbot.rust-lang.org/waterfall?refresh=15

IIRC this is a bug in nightly, not in rustup.
