Rename `gitter_url` to `chat_url`?

Maybe we should make it more general? It looks weirdly specific atm.

I'd be in favour of this, but the badge that gets displayed when you add a chat URL currently says 'chat on gitter', so we'd need to figure out what to put there instead :)

Or we could change it to one of the icon links on the header of the item, and make it a speech bubble, or something like that.

Maybe we could add other categories such as irc_channel, discord_url, or whatever people use. When adding a library you would only specify the relevant one(s). I think it would be quite easy to have different badges for each, and it makes clear which tool is used.

Note that it is not incompatible with a "default chat category", which would be used if none of the others fit.
