Add a "Why Rust?" page

"Cazadorro" and some others wrote an excellent breakdown of useful Rust features relating to game development. This content should live on a canonical "Why Rust is great for game development" type of page.

Should also be accompanied by Tomaka's excellent gamedever wishlist for Rust.
