Revert commit bb36fd65418237c31428cd121e3a34e11a145765 once https://github.com/rust-lang-nursery/mdBook/issues/789 is fixed so that mdBook properly handles relative links in print.html

@therealprof After commit https://github.com/rust-embedded/book/commit/cf66108f200f6b6eb75d47fdaf72f05684060a06 the main rust book is failing too. I am preparing a PR for this now. I should have it ready in a few minutes.
