missing openssl build dependency of cargo-generate

I'm following along the tool setup and the tutorial is missing the installation of the openssl-dev system package as a dependency of cargo-generate openssl-sys v0.9.56.

This is commented: For example, libssl-dev on Ubuntu or openssl-devel on Fedora.

Which for Ubuntu I can confirm is the correct solution.
