Recently an error starts to occur quite often when downloading MSVC CRT libraries:

Error: Failed to setup MSVC CRT

Caused by:
    0: HTTP GET request for https://download.visualstudio.microsoft.com/download/pr/fa0c8bc3-bd08-4c37-a465-4d6b8c951bf6/65b6615dbccc5ab984a6602bccc2fddf/6ee7bbee8435130a869cf971694fd9e2.cab failed
    1: io: Peer disconnected

When I try to download this file using wget, it throws the same error but the second retry always succeeds. I think it probably makes sense to add a retry attempt in case of an error.
