I suppose this bug could still happen if imposm is processing a backlog of older change files so it probably does still need to be fixed.

I'm now prioritising stuff by `usage=transmission`. It's still not perfect but it's better.

I've added sewage pipelines to the water layer now (see #100). Water and sewage treatment plants will be added in the next re-import.

Render pipelines

I've just added water, wastewater, etc to the Water layer - I think that's most pipelines being shown now. Except the beer, maybe we need a beer layer.
