Inquiry: How did you build your ffmpeg?

Mine is only 18MB or so and was missing a library when I tried to run on AWS Lambda. When I put your 30MB one in instead it just worked.

@TheJimFactor I don't remember entirely as this was over a year ago, but I'd be surprised if I built it at all vs. found a download for it somewhere. I can find some time this week to look through old notes/dig around/test some things if you'd like another pair of eyes for outlining a repeatable build process.

That'd be great! I'm also trying to build ffmpeg for lambda and I'm having some difficulties...
