how to do conditional aggregation with expression

@Stiivi isn't it possible at all to add `case` condition in measure's expression? Most of the databases support `case` statement and from [the code](https://github.com/DataBrewery/cubes/blob/master/cubes/sql/expressions.py#L46) it seems that cubes supports it....
