Artifact Binding Support

I started a similar project, https://github.com/amdonov/lite-idp, in 2015 including XML digital signatures. I came across yours when looking at the SAML code in https://github.com/coreos/dex.

Your libraries are much more mature, and I'd like to switch to them. However, I need Artifact Binding support. Would you accept a pull request if I write it?

Sorry for slow follow-up. I'm not too familiar with Artifact Binding, but if you're willing to take a stab at it I'll absolute work with you to get it merged.
