TODO:

  • find out how lintr writes lints to the Markers pane in Rstudio
  • decide a good cutoff / heuristic for when a duplicate is bad-enough to warrant printing to the Markers in Rstudio (high score for a single pair; multiple moderately scoring pairs that have similar content)
  • find out how goodpractice / lintr are able to open a text file at a specific line within Rstudio
