Similar to #183 but about D13 and many others

For 0.5.3, I looked at each component manually to verify rotations. The script still seems to have an issue with "SO-8_5.3x6.2mm_P1.27mm-150+208" it simply does not rotate. Perhaps the + in the name is an issue????
