Support for Web Access and Robot Access switches in Add-UIPathUser

This requires a fix in `Add-UiPathUser`. Unfortunately will only work on-premise installations since the UiPath Cloud user management is outside of the scope of what this library can do.

Get-UiPathAuthToken with windows credentials and tenant

This is an Orchestrator bug, using the API with Windows credentials is incompatible with multiple tenants. We need to fix first the Orchestrator, in a future release.
