Looks like there are still a lot of failing tests here. I'll convert it to draft for now, but it may be closed due to inactivity eventually if it isn't...
Maybe this is the right time to add a check for sufficient system and Docker memory allocation?
Can this be triggered in `docker-bootstrap.sh` or `docker-init.sh` or something like that?

@sebastianliebscher this one never got a review, and I'm sorry about that... we're trying to get better about this. If you can give this a rebase, we'll try to help...

This PR hasn't seen any activity/events in roughly seven months. I'll reluctantly close it, but would love to see it reopened/revisited if anyone here has interest or bandwidth.
