Motion is giving the video stream on the IP on my computer that i am getting from raspberry pi running motion server and passing it via Wifi router. Let me know can i utilize this on remote computer?

It's just a boilerplate for developing something specific for your setup. It is not utilizable as it is. It will require some programming and setup efforts.
