SOLUTION z-jump installed, ubuntu 16.04, used to work, z alias found,

I was having trouble getting Z-jump to work. I have had it working in the past and even found a .z log with all my recent jumps. Yet when I did z or z -l I got nothing. Long story short removed the .z file. Sourced my .zshrc and I got z-jump back! I hope this helps someone else.
