日期控制器与时间范围控制器共存时失效

Describe the bug 已有日期范围控制器，新增日期控制器，日期控制器不起作用。

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 跑象DEMO环境，
2. Click on '可视化'->'at测试目录'->'测试仪表板1'.
3. 新增时间范围控制器，可以正确选择数据。
4. 新增日期控制器，设置为“月”。
5. 点'月份'日期控制器，没有反应。

Expected behavior 日期控制器与日期范围控制器能并存，可联动。
