fix(GeneralBattle): update OCR coordinates for battle preparation button

准备按钮多了个动态效果 所以改成OCR识别. 同时修复buff加成的识别

应该只用改加成按钮的识别 因为现在开启状态的图标有稍微的变化。 准备按钮影响不大 我晚上再测试下吧

测试了下的确只用改动了buff识别就好. 我撤销了准备按钮的改动
