[Support bundles] Capture process data from inside the Finch VM

What is the problem you're trying to solve?. Support bundles currently don't contain any data that's useful for troubleshooting resource usage issues in the Finch VM.

Describe the feature you'd like Add a new file to support bundles that contains a snapshot of the Finch VM's running processes. This should include process memory usage, cpu usage, etc.
