WIP: Snap packaging

There seems to be a naming conflict on snapcraft that has to be resolved before this can be published under the name certbot-dns-loopia and we are waiting to get resolved.

In the meantime, have a look at https://github.com/kmpm/certbot-dns-loopia-snap/releases/tag/1.0.0 for an alternative way of installing the snap.

Will hopefully close #34
