Cannot find name 'html'. ts(2304). Typescript compile error with tag.

Just discovered this plugin. Im having trouble getting it working right.

I keep getting the above error.

Additionally, the autoclose bracket does not work. I have to manually type a closing bracket. How do I turn that on? Is there a way to use emmet within html tags?
