NPC Aggression Lines for Slayer Task: Not Working as Intended

Bug description

With NPC Aggression Timer set to the following settings:

Upon entering a slayer task area, the aggression lines do not appear until one turns "Always active" on-off or "Show on slayer task" off-on.

I replicated this for myself in safe mode as well.

As you can see in the video:

1. I have a black demons task
2. Aggression lines are on and you can see the settings
3. When I leave the area and return, there are no lines nor a countdown
4. The lines do no appear when I got attacked nor attacked back. (Off video, they also did not return when I killed one).
5. The lines reappeared when I turned the "Show on slayer task" setting off and back on.
