LMS and Item stat boosts (potions) do not work as intended

Bug description

Within LMS games, if your character is not 99 stats in str att range, there is a visual bug with pots and the stats they should be giving. Here is an example:

Normal game I am 86/86 range. Ranging potion should give +12 to that, putting me at 98/86. If I start to dip, to say 90/86, hovering over the pot will say in yellow text +8, and drinking will put me back to 98/86.

LMS game I am 99/86 range. Ranging potions will give a +13, putting me to 112/86. Dipping to, say 100/86, the hover should say +12 in yellow text, drinking puts you back to 112/86. In this case though, the game assumes 86 is what the pot should be working off of and says in grey, +0.

The green and yellow text (and correct stat boost values) are valueable to me to be able to see, at a glance, if I am under-potted.

I think you should edit the title, there is nothing related to items here (though item stats are not displayed on some items that are lms specific which is also a separate issue that may or may not be already created, e.g. elder maul)

Are you sure? The issue I am talking about is the potion boost hover over tooltip, which is an item?
