Increase render distance on agility plugin screen markers

The tile indicator is based on the minimap arrow (if you will watch it closely, it acts exactly the same). But maybe we can use something different, path f.e.

Looking again at it the render distance seems te be the same as the reach of the minimap. It might still be correlated.

It looks like performance was the main issue with this. Now when #9848 has been merged maybe it can be revisited.

@Adam- Since the above PR (https://github.com/runelite/runelite/pull/9848) was merged quite a while ago, do you think you would allow the removal of the distance check here again, or are there still performance concerns?

Edit: Ended up opening a PR with a config option for this.
