What is a shell?

In the table of contents and in many titles, the english word 'shell' is translated 'coquille' which is correct on a beach or a restaurant but not in a bash manual. French speaking people use the english word instead. How could I change these incorrect translations ? I really want to help the runebookdev community to produce better documents. 'coquille' is a minor point but there are other small mistakes I could modify.
