Create overview of functions

It would be helpful to create an overview of (groups of) functions in ghclass and how they relate to specific tasks, e.g.

• setting up course repos
• adding content
• peer review
• etc.

I like the graphical overview of functions in diagrammer as a model: https://github.com/rich-iannone/DiagrammeR#functions-in-the-package.

Sounds like a great idea, I had a stub of this in the ghclass.R docs for the package. I've always been a fan of how the raster package does this. A visual representation would also be great.
