Execute Job screen UI elements will overlap if greater than 19 characters

Describe the bug On the Execute Job screen UI elements will overlap if the value of a text: label is greater than 19 characters .

Seen in the screenshot section below the text: label is 123456789012345678~~~~~~~ and the '~' overlap with the other UI element.

My Rundeck detail

• Rundeck version: 4.17.0
• install type: deb
• OS Name/version: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
• DB Type/version: PostgreSQL

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a job with an option name longer then 19 characters.
2. Go to Execute Job page for the created job.
3. See overlapping UI elements on the Execute Job page.

Expected behavior The UI elements should be readable and not overlap with each other.

I updated our Rundeck Server to v5 and the issue is will present.
