Dockerfile missing since v3.2.11

I was looking at docker-container.md and tried to build the docker as described, but there is no Dockerfile anymore in the repository since v3.2.11. All docker files have been deleted in 6365f986. Why has it been removed and how am I supposed to build the docker image now?

I found that there is a Dockerfile in the sub-folder functional-test/src/test/resources/docker/rundeck/Dockerfile. Maybe the docker-container.md can be updated to reference that file?
