Recurring calendar events switch days

Some recurring calendar events switch days after a period of time. In one case this is after two months for a weekly event.

It would be handy if we had a known sample of this, or more details - was it created in runbox calendar or imported? I'm rewriting how recurrence is calculated (using ical.js to do all of it, rather than own code), so it would be good to have some known good/bad samples.
