When answering the "from" field misinterpreted as two emails

Some incoming email addresses have the "from" field in the form Surname, Firstname <[email protected]>. When answering such an email, it is interpreted as two addresses, one from Surname and the other from Firstname <[email protected]>, split by the comma.
