Diacritics in To (and Cc and Bcc) and subject fields

Diacritics in names in addresses (To, Cc, Bcc) and email subjects get funny after draft is closed and opened again.

@hernan604 sounds like some excessive encoding in Draft APIs?

Still there. BTW, to reproduce it simply type an addressee whose name contains some diacritics, let the draft save and return to it.

Well, two years later and still there and still annoying.

An observation: the diacritics is OK in the subject name in the draft list image It gets weird as soon as the 'edit' button is clicked: image After returning into the list, it is OK but in the edit mode, it gets weird power 2 and so further image image
